Dr Rudine Sims Bishop uses ‘mirrors’ and ‘sliding doors’ to highlight the importance of seeing ourselves reflected in the books we read and to step into the lives of others. Through the Looking Glass is a series of modular workshops inviting us to do much the same through workshops.

Jedi Journeys
My flagship organisational development program Renewal is a 12 week experiential course offering participants an introduction to the power of using JEDI principles to guide our work.
I also custom design specific courses in areas of greatest importance to you. Topics include:

Jedi journeys are longer term programs for participants open to engaging in active cycles of action and reflection, because learning words and their many definitions are rarely enough to truly embody an added ethos.
We need time to process and space to safely play with situations of discomfort, blundering, self-correction. Like many journeys, there are ups and downs and we grow a little in the process.
Consultancy
Emerge exists to accompany you on your JEDI journey. I take you on a guided exploration of your business activities through a JEDI lens, or further invigorate your current initiatives by introducing possibilities for added clarity, momentum or data insights.
Perhaps you’ve taken the initial steps. You know where you’re at and you’re ready to take action. Or perhaps you’ve heard a small voice, growing louder over time. There’s something more to it and you can’t put your finger on it? That’s okay too. I take a lifecycle approach to JEDI. This means I meet you wherever you are on your journey and move forward in partnership.
Make an initial assessment using a range of equity measures, a diversity map or other assessment tools depending on your area of focus.
Gather experiences and perspectives from the focus community to inform your ideas and build a living roadmap for your journey.
Together we create experiences tailored to your learning needs and engage in cycles of action and reflection as shifts emerge in behaviours or processes.
Observable behaviours make change measurable and help us to see if we are moving toward the equitable outcomes we want to achieve.
Collective Agency
When individuals step into their voice and work collectively, belonging becomes a co-created practice.
That’s why I’m building Culture Chameleons—a digital community for internationally-minded women and gender-expansive people developing leadership and inclusion strategies for ourselves and those around us.
This space is designed to support those who are often expected to adapt, stay quiet, or carry the burden of “fitting in.” Here, we do things differently. We grow together, learn from one another, and build cultures of belonging from the inside out—so no one has to lead alone.
Whether you’re navigating cultural dissonance, speaking up in male-dominated spaces, or just longing for a professional space where you feel seen—this is for you.
