This isn’t just about feedback. It’s about genuine co-creation. Your voice and experiences will directly influence our structure, content, and community DNA.

I am launching Culture Chameleons, a community of internationally-minded women and non-binary individuals at the nexus of leadership and culture in contemporary Germany. Right now, I’m looking for people to play in this space with me – a virtual space that is, but the playing part is quite literal.
If you are ready to share your experiences, to shape what this community becomes, and to create rather than just consume, you’re in the right place.
What's involved

I’m looking for people across a range of professional backgrounds who can commit to:

2x 60-minute group sessions via Zoom
- Mon 15 Sept 18:30 – 19:30 (week 1)
- Mon 22 Sept 18:30 – 19:30 (week 2)

1x 60-minute 1:1 chat via Zoom
- 29 Sept – Oct 3, flexible scheduling (week 3)

Asynchronous social media interactions with fellow co-creators

Playing with the platform features like chats, posts and events

Offering your feedback and creative input to make it a place you will truly love.
Can’t make one of the sessions? Let me know anyway – an unfortunate scheduling clash doesn’t have to auto-exclude anyone.
